An agreement that businesses need for good reputation and customers to ensure the quality of services that we provide to our customers at all levels of service.

 

An SLA is a formal contract between two companies or between a company and a customer that details the level of service they will provide. That is, the service company undertakes with this contract to provide services in a certain quality to the customer. For example, the time to respond to complaints, the duration of solving technical problems, the speed of support, etc. are these types of obligations.
